general guidelines
X won't do: hateful content, certain media and characters, big armor, mecha, anthro/animals/furries, very old characters, hardcore body-horror - violence - gore.please ask if you're unsure. i reserve the rights to say no.❥ paypal invoice and ko-fi payments are both accepted and must be upfront. tips are much appreciated.
❥ i have the rights to my own art. all commissions are for the client's PERSONAL use only (no commercial and especially no NFTs and AI training allowed).
❥ reposting on any social media is allowed, but please do not take credit or distribute the art as your own.
❥ MUST have visual references. for character art, drawn references is most ideal - however i will also accept photos and moodboards. custom designs can also provide photos or moodboards as visual references, in this case is not mandatory if you don't have a fixed idea.
refunds, progress and changes
❥ i DON'T sketch, so it's CRUCIAL that you provide in your initial request any and all references + notes, especially for specific posing or expressions.
❥ i'm ONLY willing to make drastic changes if the first condition is met, and i have yet to objectively satisfy your requirements. Changes that are significant redraws will be charged otherwise and accordingly.
❥ 100% refunds are ONLY for when i haven't gotten started on your commission.
❥ turnaround time is approx 2 weeks to 1 month (from the moment the piece starts) - however this might change based on external factors such as personal life responsibilities and amount of commissions recieved.
❥ you ARE allowed to check in for updates whenever and as often as you like.
add-ons
❥ detailed pieces like complex fashion, armor, jewelry etc. will be +10$ to +$20 depending on complexity. this does NOT include hairstyles.
❥ SIMPLE background (color void, shadow, blocks etc.) is included in your commission for free. If you wish to add drawn elements (stickers, sfx, etc.) they will be charged depending on complexity, starting at +5$.
❥ you can ask for versions without watermarks, transparent background, uncolored lines and with or without colors/filters. just tell me and i'll have it ready.
custom-designs and adopts guidelines
❥ you must pay me within 2 days.
❥ please don't send the payment(s) until I respond to you.
❥ please no refunds. trades, gifts and giveaways are allowed.
❥ only resell for the same or below the price you've purchased from me. upselling is only allowed if you've added at least +3 pieces of art (no piccrews or doll-makers).
❥ if you get a design from me for free via requests or forum games, same rule as above - please don't resell otherwise.
❥ you don't need to inform me when you've handed ownership(s) to someone else, but please make sure they credit me and follow my guidelines.
❥ i do reserves and holds. they'll last for maximum a week.
❥ you must credit me the first time you draw your character(s), preferably on their reference
❥ you can't make an original species out of them. but, you can make them an already existing OS.
❥ please don't trace, copy or steal the original design.
❥ PERSONAL USE ONLY. Please do not use my designs for any commercial distributions whatsoever. i do not agree to authorize for any of it.
guidelines for after the design purchase
❥ if i don't make it clear in the adopt's info, you can make the adopt into any species you like.
❥ no whitewashing. that means: no lightening the skin in any way. if i made OCs with a certain (darker) skin color or shade, it means that i intended for them to be coded as non-white, so if you buy them, please show your respect by not lightening their skin, even if the character's color is abnormal, like red or purple. however, you can darken a character's skin-tone however you like, as long as you do it respectfully.
❥ also on the note of whitewashing: this applies to ethnic features as well: big noses, monolids, thick lips, aquiline nose-bridges, afro-textured hair, etc. please don't swap out any of those features for anything else.
❥ please do not remove a cultural significant part of the adopt (if there are such), like markings, accessories and other garments. this could be applied along with rule #2 above.
❥ please do not remove the adopt's disability (if there are so), such as mobility-aids, hearing-aids, prosthetics, etc.
❥ please do not change the character's body-type, especially if the character is fat. however, some specific cases are exceptions, for example: if you make an generic average body-type character (or a base-made character) have a distinct thin or fat body-type.
❥ you are allowed to redesign the character's outfit after your purchase.
❥ changing physical features drastically is allowed. please make sure there's a resemblance to the original design in however you've chosen to change it!!
❥ all my adopts are gender-ambiguous, so you're allowed to depict and/or code them however you like.

ICONS: fitted portrait, cuts off around the shoulders or the chest. simplified details with (optional) special effects. size 500x500.$20 for a character // $35 for a couple
